Hotel Wagrainerhof

We had a very relaxing time during our all-inclusive stay. The room was big enough, not huge but comfortable for the 4 of us. Very clean and well-serviced each day. We requested a balcony ahead of our arrival and got one without problems. The food was very varied and nice, if there was something we didn't like, there were other options to replace it. We loved the pool area and the terrace. The wellness area was also relaxing. Kids liked the interior playrooms, although the billiard (pool) table could be replaced or at least renewed and propper billiard cue sticks bought, as the ones that are there are worn out completely. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of activities for families with children. The reception and the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The Skybar waiter could have been friendlier, but the service overall was excellent. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would return again.

All employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to relay at the sky bar. Problem is only some days to much children running around and make a lot of noice. The new rooms are very pretty and modern. The food is very good and so many things are included. If you stay longer then it help to buy the Salzburg land card. You can do a lot with this card.

Execelent stay, special thanks to our waiter Tomislav Peric who made us feel very welcome and helpful in every way! We are coming here every year and are very happy there. Hope to see you there next year Tomi!

Loved the hotel (quality of furnishings), the facilities (pool, wellness, ski storage and kids areas), location, the food and especially the attention, service and banter with our waiter Tommy (all done in an appropriate, personal and fun manner). We hope that others get to experience the location, service and Tommy.

Just had a great week here. Lovely room, fantastic food and Tommy our waiter could not have done more for us. The wellness area was key in our choice of hotel. It was disappointing to find it over run by badly behaved children. All rules being ignored by parents. Complained to management but nothing changed. Realy missed the chill out after a hard day on the planks.

Lovely stay. Lovely facilities. Lovely food. Everything is just perfect here. I would especially like to thank Tommy, a brillant servant, for his good service and for making our stay and experience at Wagrainerhof hotel fun and pleasant. We will definitely come back here, and recomment the hotel for friends and family.

Wir waren nach Pfingsten zum ersten Mal hier im HWH. Zum silbernen Hochzeitstag mal was besonderes. Wir sind absolut nicht enttäuscht worden. Natürlich ist die Parksituation im Moment schwierig, durch den großen Umbau der Verkehrswege im Ort, aber dafür kann das Personal nichts und sie hatten sofort ein offenes Ohr und wahren mit Rat und Tat behilflich. Mit Verständnis und Rücksicht ist vieles möglich im Leben und deutlich entspannter. Unser Zimmer war mega, alles top sauber und gepflegt. Auch die anderen Räumlichkeiten! Die Mitarbeiter waren spitze, total unkompliziert und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bedienung am Tisch sehr umsichtig und herzlich. Auch das hat uns sofort gefallen. Das Angebot an Mahlzeiten is top, sowohl qualitativ und in der Auswahl, als auch gefühlt nie enden wollend. Sollte mal etwas ausgehen, ist sofort eine andere Alternative verfügbar. Die Möglichkeiten im Hotel sind sehr reichhaltig - alles in einem Haus zu haben schon ein besonderer Luxus. Die Wege sind bestens beschrieben und man findet sich rasch zurecht. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar is schon ein Highlight, hatten wir sehr gerne genutzt. Ja, gebe manch anderen Bewertungen recht, der Wellness- und Schwimmbereich war voll an Pfingsten, auch weil viele Familien, kleinere Kinder da waren. Familien machen aber auch vieles unkomplizierter, der Umgang allgemein, alles bissel weniger steif usw. Das Hotel mit allen Mitarbeiter ist auch total drauf eingestellt und wir haben uns einfach angepasst und sind eben zu anderen Tageszeiten in die Sauna oder ins Schwimmbad. Da hatten wir super Platz - meines Erachtens eine Frage der Rücksicht. Familien sind bei den Leistungen des Hauses vollkommen zurecht dort zu Gast und haben uns jedenfalls nie während irgendwelcher Ruhezeit gestört, daher alles super! Ein großes DANKE an das ganze Team und Familie Rötzer für den Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wij hebben niet in dit hotel verbleven, maar wel gedineerd. We kozen allebei de cordon bleu. Vreselijke keuze! De 'frietjes' waren doordrenkt met frituurvet, er was NIETS van garnituur voorzien (enkel een klein potje confituur) en de cordon bleu zelf was niet gebakken in de pan, maar gefrituurd en dus alles behalve krokant. Absolute tegenvaller en zeker geen aanrader.

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel Wagrainerhof, die Lage ist wirklich top und die Atmosphäre sehr familiär. Das Kulinarische Angebot war ausgezeichnet und man hatte immer die Wahl aus drei Hauptspeisen. Würde man mit Kinder reisen gäbe es auch extra ein Buffet für Kinder. Auch das Buffet gibt alles her was das Schlemmerherz begehrt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und geht auf jegliche Wünsche ein. Unser persönliches Highlight war aber aufjedenfall die Rooftop bar im 7 Stock. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick und einfach nur perfekt zum entspannen nach einer Wanderung oder um einem Wellnesstag im Hotel ausklingen zu lassen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns, wir kommen sicher wieder!
